“Absolute Requirement of Employment” To Satisfy Former Trump Lawyer Rudy Giuliani’s Sexual Demand While Also Forced to Hear “Sexist, Racist, and Anti-Semitic Remarks” - Allegations in Bombshell Report

Rudy Giuliani, the former mayor of New York, is facing serious allegations as ex-employee Noelle Dunphy has accused him of coercing her into performing oral sex while he was on a phone call with Donald Trump. Dunphy, who is seeking $10 million in damages and unpaid wages, claimed that she experienced extensive sexual assault and harassment from Giuliani. She further alleged that he frequently went on intoxicated tirades that involved “sexist, racist, and anti-Semitic remarks”, creating an “unbearable” work environment.

According to Dunphy, she possesses recordings of multiple interactions with Giuliani to support her claims. The 70-page bombshell complaint detailed that Giuliani often demanded oral sex while engaging in speakerphone conversations with influential friends and clients, including then-President Trump. He reportedly expressed to Dunphy that engaging in such behavior during phone calls made him “feel like Bill Clinton”.

In response to the allegations, a representative for the 78-year-old Giuliani released a statement vehemently denying the claims and stating his intent to vigorously defend against them. They characterized the accusations as pure harassment and an attempt at extortion. "Mayor Giuliani’s lifetime of public service speaks for itself, and he will pursue all available remedies and counterclaims.” and “categorically denies all of the allegations of this frivolous complaint."

Another lawyer representing Rudy Giuliani has refuted the claim that Noelle Dunphy ever worked for him. The lawyer denies any association between Giuliani and Dunphy, suggesting that there is no employment relationship between them.

According to a complaint filed in a New York state court, Noelle Dunphy began her employment with Mr. Giuliani in January 2019 and worked for him until 2021. She was hired as his director of business development and public relations consultant, with an annual salary of $1 million.

Ms. Dunphy alleges that Mr. Giuliani subjected her to abuse from the very beginning of her employment, even kissing her in the back of an SUV on her first day. The complaint asserts that "He made clear that satisfying his sexual demands - which came virtually anytime, anywhere - was an absolute requirement of her employment."

It is further claimed that Mr. Giuliani often insisted that Ms. Dunphy work in a state of undress, either naked, in a bikini, or wearing short shorts adorned with an American flag that he personally purchased for her. The complaint also highlights his excessive alcohol consumption, stating that he would drink throughout the day and night, leading to unpredictable behavior.

According to Noelle Dunphy's allegations, Mr. Giuliani allegedly had a constant use of Viagra and created an environment where she worked under the constant fear that he might demand sexual favors from her at any given moment. They often conducted remote work via video conferences, during which Mr. Giuliani frequently requested that she undress on camera.

Ms. Dunphy further claimed that Mr. Giuliani asserted he had "immunity" and disclosed a scheme where he purportedly sold pardons for $2 million, with him and President Trump sharing the proceeds. The lawsuit suggests that Lev Parnas, a Giuliani associate previously convicted of fraud, was present during this conversation. However, it is important to note that the complaint does not imply that any actual pardons were sold.

Additionally, Ms. Dunphy alleged that Mr. Giuliani informed her that her salary would have to be deferred until the conclusion of his ongoing divorce proceedings. She stated that Mr. Giuliani had only paid her $12,000, leaving an outstanding amount of $1,988,000 owed to her.

These claims are made in the context of the lawsuit filed by Ms. Dunphy and have not yet been proven in court.

Despite the incoming allegations, and despite the fact that they come after a long line of other allegations involving sexual abuse from Rudy Giuliani, Conservatives at large have effectively refused to condemn the former New York mayor in an act of Hypocrisy. This implies that conservatives are either at least tolerant of the actions of Rudy Giuliani, or possibly fully approving of them in totality. This also comes in the aftermath of conservatives launching a tirade of hate against trans individuals, on account of unfounded fears that trans individuals may be engaging in what conservatives describe as negative sexual behavior. Despite Rudy Giuliani allegedly engaging in behavior significantly worse than what conservatives fear of trans individuals, they still have yet to criticize the situation, whilst still condemning trans individuals at large.
